We have our own bus used for resident outings. In addition we are located 600m from the main street of Mayfield, including Woolworths and Coles.
There is underground parking for family and friends, as well as ample street parking. A bus stop is located immediately across the road.
Our menus are prepared onsite by our chef, who can cater for diabetics and any specific dietary requirements. Residents can select from a range of menu options. Staff are happy to prepare light snacks between meals. We encourage socialisation, however residents can choose to enjoy some meals in their own room.

Services are provided by our experienced staff to ensure residents room and laundry requirements are tended to on a regular basis. Our linen is laundered in-house to meet our high standards of exemplary hygiene and quality.
We arrange local doctors to manage our residents should their own doctor not be available to attend medical care. Our Registered Nurses co-ordinate the medical practitioners to achieve the best possible outcomes. A list of visiting medical practitioners can be provided on request.
We have dentists, podiatrists, and hearing specialists visiting regularly.
We have a dedicated team from our partnering pharmacy who regularly attend the site to provide consistent and thorough oversight of all medications.
Our trained activities officers prepare programmes that encourage physical independence, interaction with other residents and community engagement. We offer a range of activities in consultation with residents, including bus trips, craft activities, bingo, board games, concerts, themed days, special events and pet therapy. If residents simply want some time to themselves, we have many areas where they can find peace and quiet.

We have a dedicated physiotherapist who can assist with assessments and develop personalised care goals tailored to your loved one’s needs.
Our East Wing offers a boutique hotel-style experience with 64 modern suites, featuring private ensuites, smart TVs, and WiFi. Residents enjoy premium amenities, including a function room, café, and hair salon, all within a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
The West Wing provides a cosy, community-focused setting with 37 private rooms. Residents benefit from dedicated lounge areas, activity spaces, and outdoor areas, all designed to foster comfort and a sense of belonging.
