Aged care fees are set and regularly updated by the Australian Government. These fees cover accommodation, daily care, and additional services, and vary depending on your individual circumstances.

*Daily Care fee is set by the Government and is assessed 6 monthly inline with pension increases.
Fee is approx. 85% of the full single pension.
Other items payable by the resident - Pharmacy, hairdressing, newspapers etc.
Means Tested Care Fees are assessed by Centrelink based on the care recipient’s overall income and assets.
DAP calculated at MPIR rate–8.17%
Fees are paid to Mayfield Aged Care by Direct Debit from your nominated bank account on the 15th day of each month.
RAD/DAP combination option - If a resident pays a part RAD, their reduced DAP is calculated as follows: Reduced DAP = (agreed full RAD − RAD paid) × MPIR / 365
